Account Deletion Assistance
If you need help with account deletion, or if you wish to request account deletion through means other than the app (e.g., if you cannot access your account), please contact us using any of the methods above.
When contacting us about account deletion, please include:
- Your registered phone number
- Your full name (as registered on the account)
- The reason for deletion (optional)
Before requesting deletion, we recommend reviewing our:
- Privacy Policy - for full details on how your data is handled during and after deletion
- Terms of Service - for information on account termination terms
Quick summary of the deletion process:
- You submit a deletion request - your account is hidden immediately
- You have 30 days to change your mind and cancel
- After 30 days, all your data is permanently deleted
- Some personal data is kept in a secured archive for 365 days as required by Pakistani law (PECA 2016)
- Anonymous transaction records are retained for 6 years per tax regulations (Income Tax Ordinance 2001)
- After the respective retention periods, all data is permanently destroyed
